What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a powerful partnership focused entirely on your growth and

development. It is not counseling. Rather, it’s a forward-looking process

that helps you pursue a dream and/or get unstuck in some area of your

life — be it career, graduate school, leisure, retirement…you name it.

During the coaching session, I will use powerful questions, deep

listening, strengths assessments, and action planning to help you get

where you want to go. I'll help you uncover your unique gifts, and

apply those gifts in effective ways.

How long does coaching last?

I ask clients to make at least a 3-month commitment to coaching. A

set of goals usually can be achieved in 3 months to 1 year, depending

on the issues being addressed and your level of motivation. I will

support and encourage you to achieve your goals within that

timeframe.

What I will ask of you is to be open to the process of coaching, show up

for sessions, and follow through on your coaching homework. My goal is

to see you move on and succeed! I don’t want to create dependency.

On the other hand, I’m always available to work with you on new

projects and goals as they arise.

I meet with clients once weekly for a 30-minute phone session.
